Job description

Location : Noida | Full-time, On-site

We’re looking for a creative all-rounder — someone who loves designing beautiful interfaces and telling great stories around them.

If you enjoy both designing fintech dashboards and running digital campaigns that bring users to them — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

UI / UX Design

  • Design clean, modern user interfaces for web and mobile apps (Figma preferred)
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets aligned with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with developers to turn designs into smooth, responsive experiences
  • Improve user journeys through research, feedback, and testing

Digital Marketing

  • Plan and execute campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Create social media creatives, landing pages, and performance visuals
  • Optimize campaigns, track metrics, and improve engagement
  • Help build brand identity, tone, and consistency across all channels

    • What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in UI / UX design and / or digital marketing
  • Strong skills in Figma / Adobe XD / Canva / Photoshop
  • Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics
  • Creative thinker who understands both design and data
  • Interest in fintech, startups, or software products
  • Bonus : experience with motion graphics or video editing
