48 years experience in a recruiting role (or similar) preferably at technology companies with a global presence
Demonstrated success with full lifecycle recruiting and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
Proven track record of delivering on the business goals in a fastpaced challenging work environment
Strong relationship management of hiring managers to lead effective searches and drive compliant hiring practices
Datadriven approach towards decision making leveraging quantitative insights and analytics to inform and optimize various aspects of the hiring process
Excellent collaboration communication presentation project management and team building skills
Knowledge of and adherence to local employment laws and compliance regulations
Ability to understand and analyze recruiting data dashboards and analytics.
