Job Description : Graphic Designer & Video Editor Trainer
Job Type : Part-Time / Full-Time (with Incentives)
I. Job Purpose
The Graphic Designer & Video Editor Trainer is responsible for delivering practical and industry-focused training in both graphic design and video editing. The role includes creating training content, conducting sessions, and guiding students to gain proficiency across essential design and editing tools. The trainer will ensure students develop strong creative skills aligned with current industry standards.
II. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Develop Training Materials
- Create clear and engaging training resources such as presentations, tutorials, and practical assignments.
- Keep all content updated with the latest design and video editing trends.
2. Conduct Training Sessions
Deliver interactive sessions (both online and offline).Teach software tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Final Cut Pro.3. Provide Guidance and Support
Offer one-on-one support and mentorship to students.Track progress and provide constructive feedback.4. Collaborate with Team
Work with other trainers and academic teams to improve course modules.Coordinate with management to meet training goals and student expectations.5. Evaluate Training Effectiveness
Collect feedback and assess performance outcomes.Implement improvements for better learning results.III. Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Designing and / or Video Editing.Proficiency in : Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro.Strong communication skills and the ability to teach beginners and advanced learners.Good organizational skills and a passion for teaching.Skills Required
