Your future role

Youll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our testing and commissioning processes. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (such as Project Engineering Industrial Quality and Sourcing) monitor testing KPIs and ensure compliance with EHS requirements among other responsibilities.
Youll specifically take care of defining and monitoring train acceptance criteria as well as managing testing workload and team competencies but also ensuring the delivery of fully tested trains.

Defining clear and exhaustive Train Acceptance Criteria at the time of handover from Manufacturing
Ensuring deployment of correct and efficient handover procedures
Organising weekly reviews on testing KPIs and addressing critical issues
Monitoring and updating management on KPI progress
Managing and forecasting testing workload and adapting capacity
Ensuring compliance with EHS requirements in all testing activities

Education : Degree in Electrical Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering
Experience : 8 years with a minimum of 3 years in testing of electrical components from manufacturing industry
Proficient in creating / updating test procedures based on test specifications
Skilled in reading electrical schematics wire lists and understanding logical functions
Familiarity with tools such as Oscilloscope Energy Analyzer Multi-meter and Waveform Generator
Experience with National Instruments automatic test platforms is an advantage
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in English and MS Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Experience in handling a team is an added advantage
Flexible to work in shift pattern 6 days a week.
