We have partnered with global partners that have a specialised research-based curriculum to offer the following programs on CURIO :

  • Multi-sport program for children for 3-8 years by Sportybeans .
  • Science Experiments Program for 3 to 8 yrs olds by Kide Science , a Finland-based after-school STEAM program which has been awarded among 100 global education innovations.

    CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR - GTM Manager

    Role Overview :

    The GTM Manager will own the entire playbook for how CurioBoat enters, launches, and scales in new neighbourhoods. This role sits at the intersection of growth, operations, and partnerships , requiring strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and deep understanding of local community dynamics.

    Primary Responsibilities : 60-70% of your time

    1. Market Strategy & Expansio

  • Identify and prioritise high-potential neighbourhoods for expansion based on parent demand, partner availability, and competitive landscape.
  • Build a structured go-to-market plan for each location — covering audience profiling, pricing, channel mix, launch campaigns, and community engagement.
  • Conduct local market research to understand parent motivations, preferred activities, and school / community networks.
  • 2. Launch Planning & Execution

  • Lead cross-functional launch teams (marketing, ops, content, partnerships) to set up and activate new centres.
  • Drive awareness and footfall through multi-channel campaigns : local events, school tie-ups, parent communities, digital marketing, and referral programs.
  • Own the enrolment funnel for each new location — from awareness to trial class to paid enrolment.
  • 3. Partner & Community Development

  • Identify and onboard local partners — schools, preschools, clubs, and community centres.
  • Build relationships with parent groups, micro-influencers, and resident welfare associations (RWAs) to foster word-of-mouth growth.
  • Support the development of parent ambassador programs and local referral initiatives.
  • 4. Data-Driven GTM Optimization

  • Measure the success of each launch using key metrics (CAC, conversion rates, enrolment targets, retention, etc.).
  • Continuously refine GTM strategies based on learnings from past launches.
  • Develop dashboards to track location performance, marketing efficiency, and parent engagement.
  • Secondary Responsibilities : Teaching - 30-40% of your time

  • Facilitate a program from the Curio repository of programs.
  • Work with the Marketing teams to help improve quality of leads
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Improve existing curriculum and come up with new lesson plans
  • Help with new center tie-ups - Interact with school administrators at times.
  • Participate in teacher recruitment and training drives to select and mentor new teachers
  • Collaborate with other teams / members of the company to fill in at times of emergency
  • Help launch new products and new neighborhoods.
  • Requirements :

  • Prior experience in Go-To-Market, growth strategy, business expansion, or category management , ideally in a consumer, education, or community-based business.
  • Proven ability to launch new markets, products, or services with measurable results.
  • Strong grasp of both digital and offline marketing channels .
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Analytical mindset — comfortable with market sizing, funnel analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Strong local understanding of Delhi NCR neighbourhoods and consumer behaviour is a big plus.
  • Passion for education, child development, or community-driven growth .
  • Location : South Delhi, New Delhi.

    Experience level : 1–4 years in Sales, B2C Sales, B2B Sales, early-stage startups , especially in EdTech or local services.

    Salary : Depends on prior experience, to be discussed during the recruitment process.
