We're hiring freelance Generalists for Outlier to help train AI models. The work is simple : watch videos, annotate them, and provide feedback.

The only requirement is a good command of English (written and spoken). If you can watch a video and describe what you see clearly, you're exactly who we need.

What you will do :

• Watch and evaluate videos, providing clear and structured feedback to improve AI model understanding
• Annotate and analyze content with accuracy, ensuring consistency and attention to detail
• Communicate clearly through written feedback, highlighting strengths and weaknesses in AI outputs
• Assess relevance and factual accuracy of AI-generated responses
• Contribute to prompt and response writing, editing, and refinements to improve model performance
