Job description

Responsibilities :

Partner directly with the Founder to define and execute strategic initiatives.
Own end-to-end execution of high-priority projects across strategy, growth, operations, and partnerships.
Translate business goals into actionable plans and ensure timely delivery.
Provide data-driven insights, market research, and analysis to guide leadership decisions.
Build and manage cross-functional alignment, acting as a key link between leadership and teams.
Identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions for efficiency and growth.
Represent the Founder in internal and external meetings when required.

What We're Looking For :

5-8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, business operations, or in a high-growth startup environment.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills.

Ability to work independently, with a high sense of ownership and accountability.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building and scaling businesses
