We’re building a modern, ritual-driven tea experience.
Now, we’re strengthening our D2C engine and are looking for a Senior Paid Ads Specialist who can help accelerate our website growth via Meta Ads, deliver measurable results, and scale a premium FMCG brand with clarity.
This is not a media-buyer role.
This is strategy → execution → optimization → scale.
Your Mission (Outcome-Driven)
Own the performance marketing growth engine for Hill Queen Tea.
Your north star : profitable, scalable D2C revenue through Meta ads.
You will build our paid growth system, optimize CAC, scale ROAS, sharpen our funnel, and bring predictable growth to our website.
Key Responsibilities
1. Full-Funnel Paid Acquisition
Plan and execute Meta Ads strategiesBuild campaigns that drive conversions, purchases, and repeat behaviorTest and optimize audiences, creatives, placements, bidding strategies2. Creative Strategy & Testing
Develop creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messagingWork with the design team to create high-performing adsLead UGC, product video, and lifestyle creative direction3. D2C Funnel & Landing Page Optimization
Recommend landing page improvements (CRO, messaging, structure)Set up event tracking, CAPI, GA4 pipelines & attributionBuild retargeting funnels and customer cohorts4. Analytics, Reporting & Insights
Track CAC, ROAS, MER, conversion rate, AOV, CTR, and CPSBuild weekly dashboards with action-driven insightsConduct A / B testing across ads, audiences, and creatives5. Growth Strategy & Scaling
Build structured scaling plans once initial campaigns validateIdentify high-intent audiences and profitable segmentsImplement repeatable frameworks for scaleSuggest new channels once Meta & Google are stableWhat You Must Bring (Non-Negotiable)
Experience & Expertise3–7 years in performance marketing, managing large budgetsProven history of scaling D2C brands profitablyStrong command over Meta Ads (primary) and Google Ads (secondary)Deep understanding of FMCG, lifestyle, wellness, or tea / beverages (preferred)2. Technical & Analytical Strength
Strong understanding of attribution, tracking, CAPI, GA4 & analytics toolsAbility to build structured A / B testing plansKnows funnel math, CAC, payback windows, and retention loopsData-first decision-maker — numbers drive your creative direction3. Strategic Mindset
Can diagnose problems quickly and apply first-principle thinkingExperience managing high-budget campaigns for D2CStrong awareness of category-level insights & consumer buying triggers4. Execution Capability
