Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Zscaler Engineer with deep expertise in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) to provide short-term technical and architectural support for our enterprise security environment. The ideal engineer will combine strategic design capabilities with strong hands-on troubleshooting skills to optimize configurations, improve performance, and enhance user access across a global Zscaler deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for ZIA configuration, policy restructuring, and performance optimization
• Analyze and refine current ZIA policies to enhance both security posture and end-user experience
• Troubleshoot complex connectivity, authentication, and policy enforcement issues
• Resolve challenges with Zscaler Client Connector deployment, integration, and user onboarding
• Provide architectural recommendations and implementation support for Zscaler best practices
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security Operations, and IT Support teams to ensure seamless adoption
• Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides for ZIA environment management
