Role Responsibilities :

Drive full project lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment
Resolve production issues and evaluate new tech solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Mentor junior developers and review code / design

Job Requirements :

Strong foundation in CS fundamentals and design patterns

Effective problem-solving and analytical abilities

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred : Team and project management experience
