Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Job Description : TM – Electrical Maintenance Position : TM – Electrical MaintenanceSalary - 5 LPA - 5.5 LPALocation - ChakanEducation : B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical) with 3–5 years of experience, or Diploma with equivalent experience Responsibilities Oversee all electrical maintenance activities for the shift Conduct breakdown maintenance and ensure continuous availability of electrical systems and machines Implement Preventive, Predictive, and Annual Maintenance plans Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of major electrical power system equipment Work with field instruments and PID control systems including commissioning, calibration, and troubleshooting Utilize Siemens PLC programming, DCS, HMI, and drive systems for maintenance and diagnostics Perform inspection of switchyards, control rooms, panels, transformers, battery chargers, and related equipment Manage electrical spare parts, utilities, and ensure documentation accuracy Follow all safety procedures including LOTO, electrical safety standards, ISO and OHSAS guidelines Key Skills Breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, PLC, DCS, HMI, electrical troubleshooting, MTTR / MTBF analysis, instrumentation, spare parts control, collaboration, communication, man management.
