Designer (Construction Machinery – Special Foundation)

Role Description

Your tasks

Create norm-compliant and manufacturable drawings (SolidWorks) as well as simple 3D models and smaller assemblies (at least 3 years of experience)

Define tolerances and fits for construction machine components

Dimension weldments

Maintain and manage existing data in the 3DExperience database, and create and maintain standard and purchased parts

Collaborate with development, manufacturing and quality assurance; ensure technical documentation and approvals

Consider hydraulic components (cylinders)

Qualifications

Your profile — mandatory requirements

SolidWorks : at least 3 years of professional experience

Creation of drawings : at least 3 years of professional experience

Basic knowledge of simple 3D models and assemblies

Good English skills (written and spoken)

Independent work style, high flexibility

Nice to have

Experience in specifying tolerances and fits

Dimensioning weldments, relating to hydraulics, weldment and heavy steel construction

Experience with the 3DExperience database

Willingness to work independently in a demanding environment with large construction machine components
