7+ years
of relevant experience in accounting or finance
Key Responsibilities
Financial Review & Quality Control
Conduct monthly random reviews of financial statements.
Perform monthly random reviews of balance sheet reconciliations.
Mentor Managers in preparing Audit Packs / Year-End Packs (as required).
Conduct monthly random audits of internal systems and processes.
Troubleshoot escalated client issues that were not resolved at the Manager / Executive Manager level.
Handle escalated client calls beyond the Manager / Executive Manager level.
Meetings & Governance
Conduct monthly skip-level meetings on a requirement basis.
Lead monthly group meetings with respective teams (along with the Executive Manager).
Conduct monthly review meetings with Managers and Executive Managers.
Manage ad-hoc, team-level, and company-level projects as required.
Business Management
Provide required support, tools, and resources to achieve quarterly business targets.
Support top management at a strategic level and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Help create profitable teams by supporting Managers and Executive Managers in meeting profitability goals.
Client Management
Ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to standards.
Ensure Managers drive 100% efficiency and quality from their teams.
Plan and coordinate deployment of new clients into teams in collaboration with the Support / Onboarding team.
Maintain strong client relationships.
Stay open to retraining and learning new roles or processes as required.
Team Management
Motivate and mentor Assistant Managers.
Manage resource planning, recruitment, and employee allocation.
Review reporting from Managers, including :
One-on-one meeting updates
Progress on employee growth plans
Performance review of team efficiency
Team profitability tracking
Ensure adherence to internal processes and systems.
Foster a disciplined work environment and maintain decorum in alignment with HR policies.
Ensure timely delivery of reports to clients.
Self-Development
Set personal leadership development goals and discuss progress with the COO.
