Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Noida. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource practices and processes. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and onboarding new employees, handling employee relations, maintaining and developing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing payroll and benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience 2-5 years in recruiting, onboarding, and developing HR policies
• Strong understanding of employee relations and compliance with labor laws
• Proficiency in payroll management and benefits administration
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
