Key Focus Areas :

Product Roadmap : Upcoming releases include GenAI-driven 3D asset generation, Democratising MR deployment at scale, Enterprise Suite of Products across Industries, and Infrastructure for broadcasters and fan engagement.

Geography : Funds will support new enterprise pods in North America, Europe and the Middle East while deepening Asia operations.

Partnerships : Flam will expand its partner program for creative studios and global platforms, enabling Fortune 500 brands to move from pilot to rapid global roll-out.

About the Role :

We’re looking for a 3D Generalist who enjoys working across the full 3D pipeline. Your day-to-day will include modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, and helping push projects from rough ideas to finished visuals. If you like switching between different kinds of tasks and figuring things out as you go, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll do :

• Build clean 3D models, environments, and simple animations.
• Handle texturing, shading, lighting, and rendering.
• Prepare and optimize assets for both high-quality and real-time outputs.
• Work closely with our design and motion teams to bring concepts to life.
• Keep project files organized and solve small problems as they come up.
