Quality Assurance Engineer

At KrisAtWork, we are building a family of AI-powered work companions that unify the tech stack with built-in intelligence models to make employees smarter.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring our AI platform delivers a high-quality, bug-free experience to users, while also capturing user feedback, resolving issues, and turning insights into action.

What You'll Do :

• Own the QA process across web and API layers—manual testing, test case creation, and regression testing.
• Develop and execute test plans for new features, releases, and bug fixes.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to identify edge cases and improve product robustness.
• Maintain a clear log of bugs, prioritise based on impact, and follow through to resolution.
• Contribute to automation efforts for scaling QA processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate product bugs to the engineering team with clear reproduction steps.
