Business Analyst - Hedge Fund Domain

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Fund Accounting, Hedge Funds, and Private Equity Funds. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, documentation, and process modelling skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and technology solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

Fund Operations Analysis :

• Collaborate with Fund Accounting and Operations teams to understand business processes, workflows, and reporting requirements for Hedge Funds and Private Equity Funds.
• Analyze fund performance data, investor allocations, valuations, and reconciliations to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvement Gathering & Documentation :
• Conduct requirement elicitation sessions using techniques such as interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Document detailed business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development and QA teams.
