About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Network Engineer to support and manage our IT infrastructure across multiple client sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in network configuration, troubleshooting, and ensuring stable and secure connectivity for daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain routers, switches, access points, and network devices .
- Manage LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLAN and network-related services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve L1 / L2 network issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with ISPs and hardware vendors for issue closure and upgrades.
- Support and maintain CCTV systems & access control devices (preferred).
- Maintain network documentation , device inventory, and configuration records.
- Ensure network uptime, data security, and performance optimization across sites.
