Advith ITeC is a venture that merges finance consulting with technology, with the word ITeC standing for Information Technology enabled Consulting. We are building various tech tools to make finance consulting more accessible and have a dedicated team of individuals that are trained on tasks related to finance consulting and compliance management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure the books of accounts are updated as per the client’s instructions and company standards
- Act as the primary point of contact between the accounting team and clients.
- Coordinate the collection and verification of financial documents and ensure all required data is received on time.
- Review client requirements and communicate them effectively to the accounting team for accurate and timely execution.
- Resolve queries related to accounting entries, reconciliations, or document discrepancies by liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor and follow up on deliverables to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and analysis as needed.
Qualifications & Skillset
4–7 years of experience in accounting coordination, finance operations, or client servicing roles.Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
