Job descriptionPerson Should be aware of Salesforce Business Domain (NBFC), good communicator, convert the business requirement in Use Cases, Document the BRD, BSD, FSD, Guide the Dev. Team Functionally, Requirement Gathering, Awareness of technology. Service Cloud / Health Cloud Implementation experience is necessary. Experience in Healthcare domain would be preferred.
