Back End Developer

We’re Hiring : Backend Architect

Location : Noida (Onsite)

We’re looking for an experienced Backend Architect to build the core backend infrastructure powering our AI-driven multimodal learning platform for K–12 students. You will architect scalable systems supporting conversational AI, voice-based interactions, gamification, community engagement, and real-time analytics across web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable APIs for content management, gamification (badges, leaderboards, challenges), and peer competition

Implement integrations for Voice (STT / TTS) and OCR services

Build real-time dashboards and reporting systems for students, parents, teachers, and institutions

Architect robust and scalable database structures for user data, content, analytics, and community features

Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance with educational data standards

Optimize backend systems for high-performance under heavy concurrent usage

Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance platform functionality

Required Skills

2+ years of backend development experience (Node.js, Python, or Java)

Strong background in API design and development

Database expertise : PostgreSQL / MySQL plus NoSQL options like MongoDB / Redis

Experience with cloud platforms : AWS / GCP / Azure

Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, and security best practices

Experience with third-party API / service integrations
