Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for a Marketing Lead specializing in the real estate sector. The Marketing Lead will oversee and implement marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, manage customer acquisition, and ensure effective communication of project value propositions. Responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, managing sales support activities, and analyzing market trends to contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Real Estate and Real Estate Development.
Experience in 360 Degree Marketing (Brand, Campaign Development, Outdoor, Digital / Performance).
Experience Developing Go to Market Strategies.
Extensive experience in Digital Marketing (Social Media, Google, Paid and Organic).
Develop ROI based Marketing Strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in market analysis and strategy development for real estate projects analyzing the competition and micro markets.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Familiarity with the Bengaluru and Hyderabad real estate market is a plus.
