PRIMARY FUNCTIONS (RESPONSIBILITIES) :
- Receive consistent client feedback that business issues are well-understood and associated advice is effective, sincere, long-term and in client best interests.
- Collaborate with an extended professional network of contacts to help clients effectively identify, plan for and accomplish objectives.
- Guide clients on specified issues, strategies, and solutions for many business areas.
- Provide relevant, timely and objective subject matter / process expertise and key insight regarding multiple client business areas and affiliated fields.
- Show concern and diligence to thoroughly understand client business issues before advising on associated courses of business action (earns the right to be trusted).
- Coach others to enhance their proficiency regarding the tenets, practices and examples of the 'trusted advisor' credential.
- Develop a culture in which all members work constructively to improve the performance of individuals and the team.
- Nurture communities of interest across disparate teams with Delta Air Lines.
- Develop processes and practices that both leverage and develop available talent.
- Lead efforts to help work groups become more nimble, virtual, and reconfigurable.
- Motivate others to instill the vision in broad stakeholder groups, develops strategies to improve commitment for business vision, and facilitates cross-boundary communication to surface and resolve issues proactively.
- Foster strong customer relationships via delivery on commitments, open communication, and on-going feedback / improvement.
- Facilitate creation of the 'right' products and services to resolve customer business issues.
- Measure and observe customer satisfaction levels to ascertain and implement service improvement alternatives.
- Anticipate customer needs, focusing efforts to proactively meet needs and exceed customer expectations.
- Advise others on creating customer focused environments in various scenarios.
- Perform all phases of agile practices to manage software development aligning with clients' requirements.
- Negotiate with clients about the technical requirements and adjusts time frame as needed.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS) :
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, with 3 to 6 years of relevant technical experience or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems with 2+ years of technical experience.Min. 2yrs experience in Splunk or Kibana or Athena.Knowledge of methods and ability to develop trusting business relationships and provide solicited, respected, and valued perspectives to clients / peers that guide thinking, facilitate issue resolution and enhance client / peer capabilities.Understanding of the importance of continuous growth and development and the ability to develop practices that maximize learning and development and improve team members' focus on performance objectives.Understanding of the importance of inter-team collaboration in breaking down silos and achieving business results; ability to lead employees from various functions to communicate, coordinate work across divisions, and collaborate in solving problems as one team.Knowledge of the importance of meeting or exceeding established targets; ability to drive critical activities to completion.Understanding of the value of articulating an intended business outcome and ability to create and communicate a vision of the organization that motivates others to superior performance.Knowledge of basic activities and deliverables of application design; ability to utilize application design methodologies, tools and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design.Knowledge of concept and principles of agile methodology; ability to apply appropriate agile approaches in the processes of software development and delivery.Knowledge of the concepts, technologies, and services of cloud computing. Basic conceptual knowledge of cloud applications' design, deployment, and implementation of cloud computing solutions in various business environments.Knowledge of technical troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize, and resolve technical issues on hardware, software, application or operation.Knowledge of product features; ability to design, build, and develop a new product, technology, or service from concept through to production.Knowledge and conceptual understanding of distributed computing platforms such as container, 12factor or cloud native or cloud serverless is a must.WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS) :
