Job descriptionAssist in preparing AutoCAD files for ADAPT software. Model section sizes, PT cables, and supporting structures in ADAPT. Study and understand design parameters, IS Codes, and related materials. Analyze Excel Sheets related to design. Design & Detailing : Create and update AutoCAD structural drawings. Conduct preliminary design analysis with increasing independence. Estimate quantities and assist the commercial team with technical data for bidding and costing. Ensure all work aligns with project specifications and quality standards. Internal Team Communication : Coordinate with Marketing teams, site engineers, and others via Telegram, WhatsApp, and email to clarify design-related queries. Maintain clear documentation of all communications for traceability. Coordination with Material Requirement Group : Verify design and material requirements submitted by the materials team. Ensure all requests align with project drawings and specifications. Notify Executive Engineers of any discrepancies. Reporting & Escalation : Share daily task lists with the design team and team leader. Keep Executive Engineers updated on pending issues and project requirements. Participate in internal coordination meetings and track follow-up actions.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Structure Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in structural engineering, specifically in Post-Tensioning and AutoCAD design. The role offers extensive learning opportunities and the chance to work on innovative and challenging projects.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Drafting & Detailing (Trainee Engineer – 0-6 Months) :
- Preparation of detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD, including :
- Forming Plan
- Beam Reinforcement
- Slab Reinforcement
- PT Layout
- C.G.S Drawing
- Slab Area & Beam Length Drawings
- Preliminary Drawings
- Perform Quantity Estimation for tendons, anchorages, ducts, reinforcement, and concrete volumes.
2. Design & Modelling (Trainee Engineer) :
