Job Summary : Job description

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for UKG Workforce Management applications

Identify document and track defects throughout the testing process

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new functionality

Perform system integration and user acceptance testing to ensure software quality

Provide detailed feedback and reports on testing outcomes and issues found

Assist in the development of test scripts and scenarios based on business requirements

Support end users during the testing phase and gather their feedback for improvements

Requirements

Experience of 5-10 years in Testing

Proven experience of about 3-4 years in software testing preferably with UKG , Kronos Workforce Management applications

Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes and requirements

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to write clear and concise documentation and reports

Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams
