Position : Accountant & Cashier

Qualification : Graduate (B.Com or equivalent)

Experience : Minimum 5 years in Accounts and Cash Handling

Salary Range : ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary :

The Accountant & Cashier will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, handling cash transactions, and ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping. The role requires proficiency in Tally, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally software.
• Handle cash receipts, payments, deposits, and petty cash transactions.
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, and bank reconciliation statements.
• Monitor daily cash flow and ensure timely recording of transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
• Ensure compliance with institutional accounting policies and statutory requirements.
• Manage records for accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial documentation.
• Support the finance department in budget preparation and reporting.
