Job description

Job Skills

Develop and manage the Business Unit to operate autonomously and profitably

Oversee Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilities for the Business Unit

Build and nurture new corporate accounts

Maintain strong client relationships and address any client issues promptly

Regularly monitor and manage lead data for optimal performance

Achieve sales targets, both in product and revenue, and consistently meet or exceed monthly booking goals within the assigned market / territory

Manage credit limits and oversee collection of outstanding payments

Strategize and execute marketing plans to drive sales growth and profitability

Collaborate closely with Operations and back-office teams to deliver exceptional service to clients

Maintain accurate records, including MIS and productivity reports

Soft Skills

Strong leadership with excellent people management skills

Proactive problem solver with an innovative approach

Familiarity with the travel industry is a plus, but not required

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Capable of thriving in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

Open to feedback and committed to continuous personal and professional development

Hardworking, dedicated, and self-motivated
