▷ (Immediate Start) Market Access Manager

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager – Market Access to lead market access activities, ensuring optimal pricing, reimbursement, and patient access for pharmaceutical products. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Health Economics teams to develop and execute market access strategies aligned with business objectives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement market access strategies to ensure optimal pricing, reimbursement, and patient access for pharmaceutical products.
• Conduct market research and health economics analysis to identify market access barriers, pricing trends, and payer requirements.
• Collaborate closely with Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR), Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Regulatory teams to generate evidence supporting product value.
• Engage with payers, government bodies, and healthcare authorities to negotiate reimbursement strategies, pricing, and access conditions.
• Prepare and submit reimbursement dossiers, value dossiers, pricing applications, and HTA submissions.
• Monitor policy developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to proactively adapt access strategies.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support product launch planning and lifecycle management.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including payers, KOLs, industry bodies, and internal teams.
• Lead and mentor a small team of market access professionals, ensuring high performance and knowledge development.
