Executive – Sales (Real Estate)
Experience : 2 to 7 years
Qualification : Any Degree
Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory
Key Responsibilities :
Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt responses
Manage customer interactions from lead stage to deal closure
Conduct site visits and clearly explain project features
Engage in price negotiation and finalize bookings
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up with potential buyers via calls, messages, and meetings
Maintain and update the sales tracker / CRM
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable properties
Prepare and present customized sales proposals
Coordinate with marketing for lead generation
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Participate in property expos, events, and promotional drives
Conduct market research on competitors and pricing trends
Coordinate smooth handover and provide post-sales support
Maintain professionalism and uphold company brand values
