Job descriptionInvestigate and resolve upgrade failures during the RHEL LEAPP process. Troubleshoot issues related to : Identify root causes of automation failures (Ansible, Python scripts, shell scripts). Validate post-upgrade system state (e.g., mounts, services, agents). Collaborate with Level-1 engineers, providing guidance and escalation support. Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to process improvements.

Location(s) Whitefield (Bangalore) & Viman Nagar (Pune)
Mode of work - 5 days' Work from office
Key Skills :
- LEAPP experience will be added advantage however resource with good command on LINUX will be a good choice.
- We need someone with good troubleshooting skills in Linux OS, with exposure to SELINUX, Firewall, File System, Package management etc..
Key Responsibilities :
Ansible automation (playbooks, roles, workflows).
Pre- and post-upgrade tasks (agent installation, mount validation).
System configurations impacting upgrade success.
