Job Title : - Senior Consultant (Service Now HRSD)

Role Summary : -

Seeking a strong Senior Technical Lead with hands-on Service Now implementation experience. You will help set direction in design of applications and functions within the HRSD modules and platform to ensure objectives are met and results delivered. You will use your knowledge and experience of HR operations and the Service Now HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform to optimize our HR operations and help drive business results by developing technical solutions on the Service Now platform. Essential Responsibilities : -

• Develop detailed implementation plans for deploying the HR Service Delivery product including establishing key milestones and high-level architecture
• Drive the HRSD Solutioning by designing and bringing the state of the art of the HRSD Product.
• Advice the business and technical teams on Best Practices for Service Now.
• Lead the enhancement phases to deliver Service Now's advanced features.
• Establishing / validating user journeys and creating the user stories to support the design and configuration of the Employee Service Portal, Knowledge Management, and Case Management capabilities.
• Lead the discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities
• Leverage your Service Now HRSD Experience to identify requirement gaps and technical debt and mitigate accordingly.
• Work with a team of both functional and technical stakeholders through requirements gathering and sprint design sessions for the Service Now HRSD applications
• Oversee Service Now scripting and security best practices
