About the CompanyWe are building a new AI-native engineering team that leverages Vibe Coding, a cutting-edge development workflow infused with AI agent pair programming (e.G., Claude Code, Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, CodeRabbit AI, Claude Desktop).About the RoleAs a Backend Engineer, you’ll work across modern frameworks, scalable Python microservices, and collaborate with architect to co-create intelligent, high-performing digital experiences.ResponsibilitiesBuild scalable applications using Python-based backend (FastAPI)Develop and maintain microservices with scalable, event-driven architectureWork with AI coding agents (e.G., GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor AI, CodeRabbit AI) to accelerate development, testing, and refactoring workflowsIntegrate robust APIs (REST & GraphQL) and optimize system performance using caching, database indexing, and asynchronous processing (e.G., Celery, RabbitMQ)Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams for containerized deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS (ECS, EC2, S3, Lambda)Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement processesWork closely with data teams to support lightweight ML model integration using tools like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or HuggingFace Transformers Qualifications5-7 years of strong hands-on software development experience in building large scale distributed applicationsRequired SkillsProficient in Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or FlaskSolid understanding of microservices architecture, messaging queues (RabbitMQ / Kafka), and orchestration using Docker / KubernetesExperience with AI development tools and pair programming agents like Claude, Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, or CodeRabbit AIGood knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases (e.G., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)Experience working with AWS or other cloud platformsExposure to ML workflows, ETL pipelines, Airflow, model inference, API integrationsExperience in agile teams and rapid prototypingExposure to AI / ML workflows or building products that integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) Preferred SkillsAn entrepreneurial / resourceful resource that is capable of working under ambiguityStrong communication and collaboration across cross-functional teamsExcellent problem-solving and debugging skillsPassion for clean code, automation, and scaling systemsComfortable in a fast-paced, AI-first development environmentExperience Level : 5-7 YearsLocation : Remote
