Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor located in Pune. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing team performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and achieving project goals. Regular tasks include coordinating with different departments, mentoring team members, and assisting in problem-solving and decision-making processes. The Supervisor will also monitor progress, provide regular updates to senior management, and implement strategies for operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management, leadership, and mentoring
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management, planning, and execution
• Knowledge of industry standards, safety protocols, and compliance regulations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred
