About the Team :

The Meesho AI Services team is dedicated to revolutionizing customer support through cutting-edge AI technologies like chatbots, voicebots, and predictive analytics. We will partner with call centers and BPOs to deliver seamless, efficient, and customer-focused operations. In addition to driving technology and process excellence, we actively manage client and partner relationships to ensure alignment on goals and continuous improvement. About the Role :

Are you passionate about technology and eager to jumpstart your career in the exciting world of AI? Were looking for a dynamic Associate to join our team and play a key role in improving operations within our Voice AI Charter using cutting-edge AI tools. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in operational excellence and AI-driven innovation while growing your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What Youll Do :

Immersing in AI Tools :

  • Dive into AI technologies and assist in creating smart workflows and automated solutions that make Voice AI operations more efficient and Personalized.

Problem Discovery :

  • Continuous problem discovery of Voice AI services through call listening, gathering data, and extract actionable insights to drive continuous service improvement.

    • Design Frameworks :

  • Help design and implement audit methodologies to assess the quality and performance of Voice AI & Human interactions.

    • Connect the Dots :

  • Develop feedback loops that link findings and operational performance to identify areas for & Innovate :
  • Work alongside product, tech, and operations teams to suggest new ideas and improve Voice AI tools based on audit insights and operational feedback.

    • Grow Your Career :

  • Gain exposure to emerging AI trends and practical applications in Voice AI building a strong foundation for your future.

    • What you will need :

  • A recent graduate from NIT or a similar top-tier technical institute, with 1-3 years experience in operations or related fields.
  • Curious and excited about AI and how it can transform Voice AI operations and business processes
  • Analytical thinker who enjoys designing frameworks, conducting audits, and deriving insights for process improvements.
  • Energetic, eager to learn, and ready to take on new challenges.
  • A great communicator who enjoys working in teams and sharing ideas.
