Position : Housekeeping Associate / Executive

Company : Svenska Design Hotels, a European chain of boutique hotels from Sweden

Location : Upscale Boutique Hotel in Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West, Mumbai

Salary : Rs.1.20-2.00 lacs per annum

Qualifications : Hospitality degree / diploma

Experience : Min. 1 year housekeeping background essential

Responsibilities :

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness in guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas
• Ensure timely replenishment of linens, towels, and amenities
• Address maintenance issues promptly
• Interact with guests courteously and fulfill their requests
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team for smooth operations
• Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
• Report lost items, damages, and irregularities to the Housekeeping Supervisor
