LinkedIn Sales Navigator + Lead Gen + Outreach Support (B2B SaaS Founders)
Job Description :
I run a founder-led marketing agency and I'm looking for someone to teach me how to use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build qualified lead lists of B2B SaaS founders, walk me through the outreach process , and help me execute campaigns across tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and Heyreach.
What I'm looking for :
- Someone who knows Sales Nav inside and out
- Experience building high-quality, ICP-aligned lead lists (B2B SaaS founders, mostly US, seed–Series A)
- Familiar with tools like Apollo, Heyreach, Clay, or similar
- Can get on a call with me to teach + screen share
- Able to run lead sourcing + outreach efficiently once we've aligned on goals
- Bonus if you understand founder-led marketing or have done outreach for service businesses
Deliverables :
A 30–60 min walkthrough call to get me up to speedAt least one complete lead list (100–200 founders) based on criteria we define togetherExample outreach flow (messaging + cadence)Optional : run the outreach for me, track responses, and optimizeThis could be a one-time setup or turn into an ongoing role depending on how things go. I move fast, communicate clearly, and am looking for someone I can trust and collaborate with as I scale.
