Responsibilities : Lead and oversee pre-audit planning and fieldwork, including reviewing client accounting and operating procedures.Perform audit testing and planning to support the audit opinion—prepare work papers for complex areas, conduct internal control and substantive testing, and perform analytical reviews.Prepare financial statements and supporting documentation in compliance with auditing standards.Research and resolve technical accounting and auditing issues encountered during engagements.Draft audit reports for managerial review.Assist Managers / Partners in conducting risk assessments and developing audit programs.Build strong working relationships with clients and participate in networking activities.Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to the implementation of best practices.Qualifications : CA (ICAI) qualified with 3.5 years of statutory audit experience.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance.Experience in statutory audit within a public accounting or consulting firm preferred.Ability to manage multiple audits and client engagements simultaneously.Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills.Solid understanding of audit methodologies and data analysis techniques.Strong problem-solving and research skills.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.Client-focused mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
