Role Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Service Delivery (IT Projects) to oversee delivery for enterprise IT and Saa S clients. The role involves managing multiple projects with Project Leads, ensuring seamless execution, team performance, and client success. The candidate will play a pivotal role in scaling IT accounts, driving delivery efficiency, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Delivery & Performance
- Own delivery for all IT vertical projects, ensuring timely, high-quality lead generation.
- Collaborate with Project Leads to plan, execute, and review project performance.
- Monitor lead pipeline health, quality compliance, and adherence to client SLAs.
- Ensure team utilization and manage project profitability.
- Team Management
- Manage a team of Project Leads and Associates handling IT / Saa S accounts.
- Build technical know-how of IT industry use cases, buyer personas, and lead qualification criteria within the team.
- Conduct structured training sessions on IT / Saa S lead generation techniques.
- Client Management & Relationship Building
- Act as the delivery SPOC for IT / Saa S / BFSI clients.
- Lead regular client calls, provide insights on campaign progress, and recommend improvements.
- Build trusted client relationships and support
