We are seeking highly qualified and detail-driven pharmacists in India to support our care homes with professional medication auditing, MAR chart reviews, and compliance oversight. This is a vital role that helps us maintain exceptional standards of safety, accuracy, and clinical governance across our organisation.

Position : Qualified Pharmacist – Medication Auditing & MAR Review

Location : India (remote / office-based options)

Type : Full-time

Experience : Minimum 1 year as a registered pharmacist

About the Role

You will play an important part in ensuring medication processes in our UK-based care homes remain safe, accurate, and fully compliant. This role is ideal for pharmacists with strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and audit Medication Administration Records (MAR charts)
• Identify errors, discrepancies, or missed signatures and prepare clear reports
• Conduct detailed audits of medication processes and compliance
• Provide recommendations to improve safety, accuracy, and adherence to policies
• Support the clinical governance team with continuous improvement
• Communicate findings in a clear, professional manner
• Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails at all times
