Auto Aid is an easy-to-use app connecting the vehicle owner and automotive service provider on a single platform in Bengaluru. The platform aims to provide a hassle-free journey and services for both parties involved.
Role Description
- Answer calls from customers in need of assistance
 - Place calls to Car Workshops and introduce the Auto Aid solution
 - Follow the procedure to input data into the admin portal
 - Track the progress of ongoing service requests
 - Communicate any problems, questions or concerns to supervisory staff
 - Communicate respectfully and politely with customers & partners at all times
 
Qualifications
Proficiency in at least 2 Indian languages is a must (Hindi & English).Basic MS Excel skillsStrong attention to detailPositive attitude to serve customers wellExcellent phone manner and articulationFlexible working in shifts (ability to work in night shift as well )Location : Bangalore , HSR
