Application Specialist

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Application Specialist with 8–10 years of experience in implementing and integrating enterprise applications. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, business analysis, and project execution skills. Experience in integrating SaaS applications with SAP S / 4HANA is a strong requirement.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation Delivery : Manage end-to-end implementation of SaaS / application projects; support larger enterprise rollouts.

Business Analysis : Work with business users to gather requirements, map processes, and translate them into system specifications.

SAP Integration Support : Test application integrations with SAP (S / 4HANA / ECC), including APIs and middleware. A high level of understanding of SAP.

User Training & Support : Conduct workshops, prepare guides, and drive adoption.

Project Coordination : Track milestones, coordinate across teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Documentation : Maintain workflows, test cases, and technical notes.

Qualifications

Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).

8–10 years of experience in application / SaaS implementation.

Hands-on experience integrating applications with SAP S / 4HANA or ECC.

Proven expertise as a Business Analyst (requirements gathering, documentation, user stories).

Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication with cross-functional teams.

Working knowledge of AI / Agentic AI tools for automating documentation, requirement mapping, workflow visualization, and basic integration validation to improve delivery speed and accuracy preferable.
