We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Video Production Assistant to join our creative team. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth execution of live shoots and day-to-day production activities. Key Responsibilities

• Shoot Coordination : Support the planning and execution of live shoots, ensuring all requirements (from casting to video delivery) are met on time.
• Equipment Management : Organize, maintain, and transport production equipment to and from shoot locations.
• Location Management : Coordinate with location owners, secure necessary permissions, and ensure locations are production-ready.
• Logistics Support : Assist with setup and teardown of equipment, props, and other production essentials.
• On-Set Assistance : Provide hands-on support to the production crew, helping manage tasks that keep the shoot running efficiently.
• Administrative Support : Maintain production schedules, call sheets, and equipment / vendor inventories. Coordinate payments with BOA and finance teams.
• Vendor Coordination : Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
