Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ranchi. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing therapies to help patients develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. Daily tasks include working with small kids,pediatrics, to create individualized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The role also involves documenting patient progress, modifying treatments as necessary, and educating patients and their families about therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications

• Skills in Occupational Therapy and Rehabilitation
• Knowledge and background in Medicine
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Experience in working with Pediatrics
• Empathy and patience in handling patients with varied needs
• Relevant certification and licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
