Location : Bangalore

Experience Required : 5-8 years(Min Relevant exp required-5 years)

• Seeking a Senior Varicent ICM Consultant with extensive experience in end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of Varicent Incentive Compensation Management solutions.
• The role involves leading requirement workshops, architecting complex compensation models, managing ETL processes and data integration, and ensuring accuracy in reporting and analytics.
• The consultant will mentor junior team members, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive best practices for performance, scalability, and governance.
• Strong expertise in SQL, ETL, data modelling, reporting, and incentive plan design is essential.
• Strong hands-on Varicent ICM (design, configuration, deployment)
• Exposure to Simon AI
• Solid compensation calculation design & debugging
• Webforms design and migration
• Varicent migration and Cals Input experience
• Strong SQL / data modelling and integration skills
