As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Scientific Sales Trainer who can empower our sales force using psychology-backed, structured sales training to drive higher performance and sustainable results.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scientific Sales Trainer with a strong foundation in corporate sales training, behavioral science, and structured sales methodologies. This role focuses purely on the sales approach — not on product or software training. The trainer will work closely with our Business Development Executives, Team Leaders, and Business Development Managers, equipping them with scientifically proven techniques to
handle clients, reduce objections, and improve closing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and conduct comprehensive sales psychology–based training programs tailored for BDEs, Team Leaders, and Sales Managers.
- Implement structured sales frameworks (such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, or similar methods) adapted for the education sector.
- Deliver impactful sessions on client psychology, persuasion, communication, and objection handling.
- Conduct roleplays, live simulations, and feedback sessions to strengthen negotiation and closing skills.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and collaborate with leadership to address specific team performance gaps.
- Ensure measurable improvements in conversion rates, objection handling, and overall sales performance through scientific training interventions.
Required Skills & Competencies
Proven experience in corporate sales training, preferably in the education, B2C, or service-based industry.Deep understanding of sales psychology, persuasion principles, and behavioral frameworks.Strong facilitation and coaching skills with an engaging training style.Analytical mindset to assess sales team performance and adapt training accordingly.Excellent communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.Preferred Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Corporate Sales Trainer, Behavioral Sales Coach, or Scientific Sales Trainer.Experience training B2C sales teams in high-performance environments (preferably in edtech or similar industries).Skills Required
