We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team

Job Title - CNC Programmer

Department : Engineering

Reports To : Head of Manufacturing Engineering

Employment Type : Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for Process sequence of machining plan, Fixture design and manufacturing and developing CNC programs to produce precision components. This role involves interpreting technical drawings, prove out in CNC machines, and ensuring high-quality output to meet customer on time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Develop and optimize CNC programs using CAD / CAM software (Mastercam, / Power mill)

Review stage drawings / models prior to start programming.

Supporting Set up and prove out in CNC machines for FAI, Transition and any production challenges.

Select appropriate Cutting tools, fixtures, and materials for each job.

Knowledge of Inspecting finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, CMM report evaluation).

Modify existing programs to improve efficiency or adapt to new requirements.

Maintain accurate documentation of programs, setup sheets, and revisions.

Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.

Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and quality teams.

Attend Technical review meetings

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role.

Proficiency in G-code / M-code and CAM software’s (Mastercam / Power mill)

Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Attention to detail and commitment to precision manufacturing.

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Preferred Experience

3+ years in CNC programming in Aerospace Precision parts manufacturing

Experience with CNC multi-axis machines (3, 4, or 5-axis).

Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

Experience in working in CNC machines shop floor
