💼 Experience : 3+ Years (Preschool / School / Counselling / EdTech preferred)
We are looking for a warm, dynamic, and parent-focused Admission Counsellor to join our international preschool team. If you enjoy guiding parents, managing admissions, and creating a welcoming school environment, we’d love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to parent enquiries (walk-ins, calls, emails, social media).
- Conduct school tours and clearly explain curriculum, programs, and facilities.
- Assist parents through the admission and onboarding process.
- Track inquiries, maintain follow-up schedules, and achieve admission conversion targets.
- Support in open houses, events, and parent engagement programs.
- Collaborate with academic and admin teams for smooth operations.
