Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting :
- Research and identify potential clients across our three key verticals : Talent, Clients, and Capital
- Conduct market research to identify key decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations
- Build and maintain a robust database of qualified leads and prospects for ongoing engagement
- Utilize multiple channels including LinkedIn, industry databases, and networking events to generate leads
Email Campaign Management :
Design and execute compelling email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and generate interestDevelop personalized messaging that effectively communicates Growqai’s value proposition across different verticalsTrack and analyze email campaign performance metrics to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversionsA / B test different email approaches to continuously improve campaign effectivenessAppointment Setting & Scheduling :
Conduct outbound calling to qualified prospects to schedule meetings with senior leadershipManage appointment calendars efficiently to ensure optimal scheduling for both prospects and internal teamsFollow up persistently with warm leads to convert initial interest into confirmed meetingsBusiness Model Explanation & Consultation :
Conduct needs assessment to understand prospect challenges and position appropriate solutionsProvide consultative approach in explaining how Growqai’s AI-driven growth strategies can address specific business needsCRM Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in CRM systemTrack and report on key performance indicators including lead generation, appointment setting, and conversion metricsRequired QualificationsExperience & Background
Demonstrated success in email marketing campaigns and appointment settingExperience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms)Track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and appointment setting targetsTechnical Skills
Proficiency in email marketing tools and campaign management platformsStrong research capabilities using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, industry databases, and online toolsExcellent phone and email communication skills with ability to engage C-level executivesData analysis skills to interpret campaign metrics and optimize performanceCore Competencies
