Role are seeking a candidate to own the topline for our marketplace and quick commerce channels.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in high-SKU categories (fashion, lifestyle, beauty, FMCG, or similar) and has scaled multi-channel revenue across India.

You will drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart and more.

Ability to drive data-backed business decisions for revenue growth as well as maintain good relationship with all channel partners.

Experience of working in unstructured environments and entrepreneurial in nature.

Action-oriented and energetic, with a focused and pragmatic approach to problem.

Key Revenue Ownership : Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across marketplaces and quick commerce.

  • Strategy & P&L : Develop channel-wise growth strategy, pricing, assortment, and promotional plans to maximize ROI and profitability.
  • Account & Channel Management : Lead relationships with key marketplace and q-commerce partners; negotiate terms, campaigns, and exclusives.
  • Assortment & Merchandising : Optimize listings, catalog health, and in-platform discoverability for 3000+ SKUs.
  • Demand Forecasting & Supply Planning : Work with operations to ensure healthy inventory turns, minimal stockouts, and efficient replenishment.
  • Marketing & Growth Levers : Drive visibility through paid campaigns, brand stores, and joint business plans (JBPs).
  • Cross-functional Leadership : Collaborate with marketing, operations, tech, and finance to deliver on revenue and margin goals.
  • Analytics & Reporting : Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Team Building : Hire, mentor, and scale a high-performing e-commerce revenue 7+ years of experience in e-commerce revenue management with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of scaling high-SKU categories (fashion, lifestyle, beauty, FMCG, or similar) across Indian marketplaces and quick commerce.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, advertising tools, and pricing / promotional mechanics.
  • Ability to own P&L, including pricing strategy, discounts, and contribution margins.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-management skills with marketplace / category teams.
  • Data-driven decision maker with expertise in Excel, analytics, and business reporting tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Bonus : Exposure to AI / automation for e-commerce or experience in fast-growth D2C brands.
