About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior QA Automation Engineer with hands-on expertise in Playwright and C#. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks that ensure the highest quality of our web applications. This role demands a strong background in test automation, CI / CD integration, and agile testing practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain automated end-to-end test suites using Playwright with C# for complex web applications.
- Implement robust Page Object Model (POM) architecture in C# to enhance test maintainability, scalability, and reduce redundancy.
- Integrate automated tests into CI / CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps to support faster deployment and continuous validation.
- Create modular, reusable, and maintainable test components using frameworks like NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest.
- Conduct thorough regression, functional, UI, and integration testing through automation to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and product owners to define test strategies, acceptance criteria, and automation coverage goals.
- Debug, analyze, and report defects with precision while ensuring timely closure in alignment with project timelines.
- Maintain comprehensive automation test documentation, including test plans, strategies, and execution reports.
- Contribute to overall QA process improvements, including tool evaluation, framework enhancements, and best practice adoption.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
7+ years of professional experience in QA automation, with at least 3+ years in Playwright with C#.Strong expertise in designing automation frameworks with Page Object Model and reusable utilities.Hands-on experience with NUnit / xUnit / MSTest frameworks for test execution and reporting.Proficiency in integrating automated tests into CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and agile testing methodologies.Solid understanding of API testing, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and debugging tools.Good exposure to Git or similar version control systems.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.Good to Have :
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-based test execution platforms.Exposure to performance testing or security testing tools.Knowledge of BDD frameworks like SpecFlow.Familiarity with database testing (SQL / NoSQL).Why Join Us ?
